FreeWheel, Kargo, Smartclip, and Xandr now able to do PGs with DV360

Google this week announced that recently added access for Programmatic Guaranteed Deals in DV360 to four new exchanges. FreeWheel, Kargo, Smartclip, and Xandr are now able to do PGs with DV360 buyers.
